Your First Visit to Our Niskayuna Practice
FORMS
You will be asked to fill out a case history form. If you need help with this, feel free to ask.
CONSULTATION
You will meet with the doctor. The doctor will listen to your health concerns and discuss whether you may benefit from Chiropractic care, an examination will be performed.
EXAMINATION
The examination includes a postural analysis, neurological and orthopedic testing, Surface Electromyography (SEMG) and Thermography.
X-RAYS
Radiographs may be taken depending on the results of the examination up to this point.
On your first visit you should plan to spend approximately an hour with the doctors.
Your Second Visit to Our Niskayuna Practice
VIDEO
You will be asked to view a 4 minute video which is a basic introduction to Chiropractic.
REPORT
The information gathered at your first visit will be analyzed. At your second visit, you will receive a report.
At your report we will explain:
- Whether we feel we can help you.
- What are our findings.
- What care will be necessary in your case.
ADJUSTMENT
If you are accepted as a patient, care will begin at your second visit.
On your second visit you should plan to spend approximately 30 minutes with the doctor.
